If during the period of work we have had much concern for reconciling work and family life, have a few days to recover, without a doubt, a wonderful time to live with serenity.

It is thus time to enjoy the tranquility and children have on hand to take the chance to present themselves in person without hurry, looking for the best time for these holidays are in memory of ours.

Let us try this! More flexibility, to continue living at home obedience. It is normal to rest and relax but we must never lose what we have achieved previously. It is also time to review the order list and make changes. Continue with the idea of the involvement of children in household chores, with the motivation to expand the range of entertainment will be beneficial for everyone.

The entertainment of our children must be considered as restorative forces, rest of the study, as well as for adults is a break from work. This is an important aspect of leisure activities related to the spirit that is diametrically opposed to business-and leisure-denial does not seek any material benefit. It’s good for teens discuss with parents what activities they would like to do, after a certain age can choose them freely, with our guidance. As the entertainment of our children, the fruit of what they have wanted to choose, can exercise their initiative, creativity, inventiveness and imagination.

Do not forget these simple tips:

Joy and good humor in the environment holiday

To avoid problems should be organized fun and engaging activities, and especially to choose places where we can find other families occupied the formation of their children and unite to find entertainment, trips and sports are always qualified with more “stars” – and improve ourselves, parents and children, through social intercourse. Live more intensely friendship and sociability are two values of vacation time.

Give greater importance to dialogue

In vacation time conversations can and should be more relaxed and take time off to treat the deeper issues as the consequences of going out at night, addiction, sexuality, the use of mobile, Internet, etc. … And listen to what they think our children. As in medicine with early diagnosis, education is also foreseen. If you listen without watching the clock better understand the concerns and the way of being of our children.

Do not forget to grandparents

Some parents meet with other families in my grandparents’ house. It is organized so that grandparents are rested for transmitting roots, memories and culture of life without being overwhelmed. The best way is to agree with them before starting the stay at home. It is a golden opportunity for grandchildren to live peacefully with the parents of their parents. In order to be a grandfather or grandmother with all the ability to love that give the years and the feeling of love that youth reissued the heart of those who have the privilege of being grandparents.

Holidays start for the children but often not for the parents, because work commitments do not permit it, What to do?, How to teach them to take advantage of free time, What inventing not to stay home alone?, how can I not be addicted to television and video games?

The holiday entertainment, a good choice

Most schools, kindergartens, cultural centers, church groups offered during this time a recreational holiday program where children are whole day out doing different activities such as crafts, sports, city tours, etc. Make sure it is a known and professional institution that is totally at ease leaving your child there.

Tutorials

Depending on the tastes of the child, you can choose the kinds of music, dance, painting, soccer, theater, swimming, among others. Enroll your child in an intensive program of any of these areas for all vacation days to attend the class. It is important that your child will feel like for classes, not a good idea to bring them bound.

As groups with other children

There are many parents who may be in the same situation, so join in order to organize a plan for their children this holiday. Form a group with the neighborhood kids or residential unit, with cousins of the same age, or with classmates, so that share and have fun together. What is important is that parents make to your imagination so that children do not stay at home all the time playing video games and watching television. Examples: film and pop corns, late of pizza and home games, football match in the residential unit, picnic in the park, camping in the backyard …

Go to the family

As always, the grandparents are the lifeline of their children and grandchildren, have a favor to stay one or more days a week with the kids, but not download them to their children every holiday, be aware that in addition to tire more easily, have their own routine and you have to respect them their space.

His brothers, uncles or brothers may also be of great help especially if they have kids.

Country Weekends

For the holidays seem what they really are during the weekend try to get out of town and do a field trip. One day close to nature is very helpful for children; show them to enjoy the trees, water, animals. Go to an ecological park or a nearby village.

Visit to cultural sites

In the cities there are many places to visit such as museums, historical centers, the planetarium, aquarium, library fun, in short, every town has its tourist sites for fun with the kids on weekends.

With the summer holidays looming, parents across the country will be racking their brains for ideas to keep the children entertained during their time off school/college and six weeks can seem a lifetime when faced with the cost of babysitters, summer camps and general outgoings to occupy them for days on end.

However, there are plenty of things that children will enjoy that won’t break the bank and it all boils down to being a bit creative and using the resources that you already have.

Start collecting early.

This is an age old classic: prior to the summer holidays, start collecting up odd bits and bobs that you would normally throw to waste or recycle. This could be anything from washing up bottles to cereal boxes or tin cans and plastic tubs. After a few weeks you will have accumulated a whole selection of materials that can be used to create a child’s masterpiece. Think spaceships, castles and boats or something that the kids can play with or use afterwards, that way you are killing two birds with one stone as they while away the hours with their newly created toys.

Pre-book in advance.

With regards to money saving, expensive days out probably won’t be at the top of your agenda but it is amazing how much you can save by pre-booking in advance. Museums, theme parks and art galleries often offer two-for-ones online or in local newspapers or a special discount rate if you book your tickets early. At such a busy time of year, ‘kids go free’ offers are everywhere and this can apply for restaurants or fast food outlets as well. Drag the children out of bed for an early start to avoid queues, allow them to let off some steam during the day and them fill them up with a hearty meal on the cheap and by the time you pack them in the car for the journey home, with any luck they will be asleep!

If you are lucky enough to be having a holiday abroad with the family, pre booking in advance is essential for your holiday extras too. Airport parking, travel insurance and car hire rental costs all increase closer to the date of travel so be sure to get in early for some good deals. This will enable plenty of time for a game of ‘I went to the shop and brought….’, without you having to worry about the costs of travel add-ons.

Get Lively.

It is common knowledge that you cannot rely on the British weather, however on those occasional sunny days we do get, make the most of your local area. Trips to the park, woods or seaside are all free, relatively easy to get to if close by and will provide children and their friends with a means of exercise and fresh air. Taking a picnic will break up the day and tennis rackets or footballs encourage children to make new friends as well.

Timetable the days.

It is understandable that a number of factors will affect your ability to keep children entertained for every waking minute of their summer holidays so scheduling their activities will help you to divide your time and spread your budget evenly across the six weeks. If the children know they have something exciting to look forward to once or twice a week, they won’t get as bored on the days where they aren’t doing so much. Days in the house could comprise of baking, reading, watching films and making things to keep minds active and brains stimulated.

Before you leaving:
- Always keep the door closed. Invest in a good lock and install a peephole.
- At night, if possible, guarding the entrance to the house turned on. It’s better to see and be seen. If your house is lit on the outside and the outside lights on inside, the thief can be seen, and but he can not see inside the house.

When you go on vacation:
- Use automatic timers to turn lights, radio or television on and off.
- Ask a neighbor you trust, to collect the daily mail, newspapers and deliveries, and parked the car in your garage while you are away.
- Leave the radio, should be set to the station with talk shows and programs with low volume. This will give the impression that the conversation occurred in the house.
- Ask your neighbors, to change the daily position of the curtains and blinds your house (to give the impression of a house inhabited).
- Keep your lawn irrigation system auto timer.
- Do not give your vacation plans.
- Do not leave valuable items in the house; move them to a safe place while you are away.
- Leave your keys, only with people you have absolute confidence.
- Is the documentation to support your stuff.
- Mark valuables with ID Numbers. Refuge in the access point, such as doors, windows, etc.
- Do not leave keys hidden outside your home. Insurance companies do not pay if the theft was not committed with force and power.
- If you have voice mail, so stay on to ensure that you receive a message to everyone, while on vacation.

Please do not provide information through recorded messages such as “You call ‘LOPEZ’ residence, we are not at home, so please leave a message after the BEEP, and we’ll call back after we return” OR “I’m sorry the mailbox is full”! It’s better to leave a message like “At this moment we can not accept your call, so please leave a message after the BEEP”.

When you return from vacation:
- After arriving at your home, take the keys in your hand and enter without delay.
- When you arrive at home and if it is clear that there is a robbery did not go. Go to a neighbor’s house and called the police.
- If you’re at home when the thief came in, act as if you were sleeping. Unless there is immediate danger, pretending to sleep can save your life.
- If you are suddenly confronted by a robber, try to remain calm. The possibility that he was as surprised as you. Police recommend that you tell the thief with a full peace, “Tell me what you want and I’ll give it to you”. Most thieves will run. Far better to lose an hour than lose your life. Call the police immediately after the robber leaves. Do not touch anything because it can affect and change a few tests.
- If an intruder attack, doing everything possible to escape.

Halloween or also known as Hallowe’en is one of the most popular holiday in many parts of the world and celebrated on October 31st that the first of the year-end holidays before we celebrating Thanksgiving and December. These days Halloween and just like other popular holidays has become very commercialized and there are many people still do not know yet about the facts about Halloween and how it originated.

Many of the traditions practiced today on Halloween was brought to America by Irish immigrants who celebrate Samhain, a Celtic harvest festival. Everything we do on Halloween is rooted in some ways to the ancient Celtic rituals no matter how removed the celebration of this day possible from the original.

What’s in a name?
Facts about the Halloween show that it is not always called Halloween. Even some people say the right spelling should be Halloween. The first form of Halloween is the Celtic festival of Samhain. Samhain marked the end of the harvest season and the time when those who disbelieve are stocked in the winter and slaughter cattle supply.

The name Halloween comes from a shortened version of the All-holy-even, one day that many European countries similar to celebrate the festival of Samhain. This is why Halloween is also known as All Hallows Eve. But Samhain was a festival of Halloween is clearly the origin to the center part of the festival to be done with the belief that today is the lines between the living and the dead blurred.

Dressing up
Facts about Halloween costumes come from the belief that Samhain is the day of the living and the dead across the street. The spirits of the dead is considered to cause illness and injury among people and damaged crops. Dress up costumes to imitate the spirits of the dead is considered to deceive the human spirit that was truly dead. This has now evolved into a wonderful practice filled with people do not care much about how scary or they look dead.

Pumpkin and trick or treating
Pumpkin is another practice that originated, according to the facts about Halloween, forming Celtic tradition. In Ireland the family carved lanterns from turnips and rutabagas to expel evil spirits. When Irish family who moved to America they used pumpkins are widely available and easier to carve. Facts about Halloween describe the practice in Ireland to go from house to house asking for food donations for the party in the city center. This is how the tradition of trick or treating begins.
