Although it is impossible to escape some diseases can, however, delay its onset or lessen its severity. The recipe is on information and prevention.

Advances in medicine in recent decades have undoubtedly been prodigious, and the pace of discovery accelerates with each passing year. Therefore, we rely on scientific advances and remember that the doctor will always remain the best of our counselor, and we ourselves our best ‘protection agents’.

Hypertension

Hypertension is responsible for numerous cardiovascular diseases, cardiologists called to hypertension “the silent disease” because it usually does not cause symptoms. It is defined as an increase in blood pressure (pressure exerted by blood against the walls of the arteries) above normal levels. In fact, blood pressure undergoes changes from one day to another and even from one moment to another day. It is when the voltage is kept permanently high when you can talk about high blood pressure. Although sometimes, hypertension is a consequence of another disease (secondary hypertension), in the vast majority of cases the cause is unknown. However, the factors that affect the incidence of hypertension are well known. Among them:
• Family Heritage
• age: the risk increases with age and, in fact, 50% of those over 70 have hypertension
• sex: the men’s risk increases after age 60 and for women from the menopause.
• Lifestyle: overweight, diet high in salt, alcohol abuse …
• stress;
• Some medications, including cortisone.

The risks of hypertension are long term and of particular concern to four organs: brain (risk of stroke or stroke), heart (risk of myocardial infarction or heart failure); arteries (hardening of the artery walls); kidneys (renal failure risk, which may involve a need for dialysis), eye diseases (hypertensive retinopathy). Fortunately, you can prevent hypertension. The best recommendations are regular exercise; poor diet
salt, stop smoking and avoid stress.

May be you will find and realize that even people who save their working lives diligently can’t always afford for luxury retirement living. As the facts shows that retirees often have to be more careful than most with their earning if they are going to make their retirement fund last. But you need to know that cheap retirement living is feasible provided you make sensible financial decisions. And this is even possible to live life to the fullest for less than you might think if you avoid wasting money on unnecessary needs.

Keep your cash
The most important rule for retirement living is not cheap to go crazy with your money when you first stop working. You do not need a luxury vacation home in Florida in order to enjoy your twilight years. Having fun after you retire is not necessarily about acquiring new things that you would not have purchased while you were working. It has more to do with trying new experiences, learning skills you always wishes you had and meeting new people.

Ways to save
Retirement Living Cheap Involves looking for ways to save your money, and there are numerous ways of doing this. For instance you could make the decision to grow some of your own fruits, vegetables and herbs. Not only would doing this help you save money on your food bill, it would also provide you with a hobby to Occupy your time.

It might also be a wise move to spend some of your retirement fund on solar panels. Getting electricity from the rays of the sun will help you save money on your bills so that your solar panels will soon pay for themselves. Solar panels are also better for the environment and they reduce your carbon footprint.

Of course cheap retirement living is a whole lot easier if you are not paying far more than you should for any medications that you may need. Whenever you are prescribed a new medication always ask your health care provider if there is a generic version which costs less. You might also find it helpful to shop for prescriptions online or get them via mail order instead of buying them from your local pharmacy.

Cheap retirement living is easier in some states than it is in others. Some states give tax breaks to people who have retired while others Tend to be less generous. If you do not want to lose too much of your retirement fund paying taxes to the government you may wish to consider selling your property and relocating to a different state when you retire.

It should not be dismal
Cheap retirement living should not mean having to scrimp, deprived yourself of necessities or make too many sacrifices. After all, retirement is supposed to be a well-earned time for fun and relaxation. Instead cheap retirement living is about conserving your money by avoiding all needless expenses so that you can save your cash for the things you have always dreamed of doing.

Baby boomers economic depression is caused primarily by the fact that a sudden early retirement causes the pressure on family budgets. Jobs are harder to obtain and funds derived from sale of business soon spent. Anything we can do self-improvement breakthrough formula for this challenge. This three-part formula requires you to make some quality options to change the situation around. That will happen from time to time.

At the center of this formula is the assumption that you really want to beat the baby boomers economic depression and develop a program that makes it far from your life for the rest of your days. They key issue for all baby boomers who want this outcome is to build and maintain a “desire of fire” to it. You can use work experience to make the program self-improvement program that will provide income for the year that you are happy with mature when you celebrate your new lifestyle.

Use the three-point formula below. This will change your outlook on life for the rest of your days.

Get to the Root of The Challenge
Truth baby boomers economic depression did not begin in your wallet. Starting at your head. And involve your heart and the words from the mouths and actions of your body. Your response to changes in your economic situation will bring you a lifestyle of defeat or victory.

Look at the suffering of baby boomers who have given their lives to provide workplaces for their jobs sent offshore. 25 years of service worth anything. What do you do? First up you do not panic. Which creates a spiral of depression that can be fatal. You must recognize the power of your mind for your future. You can not stop the bad news in the form of employment or dismissal of a failed business. However, you can choose your response. You can lie down and accept it as a defeat or, best option, is to decide to fight to live in your mind. The emergence of sad events often can not be prevented but the length of time you stay depressed is determined by you. You choose how long it lasted.

You must clear the attitude needed here. This is not all about anger with your boss or creditors. It’s about choosing away from this depression “the valley floor experience” and ask yourself what you can do to reinvent yourself. This is where you start defeat baby boomers economic depression.

Take Control of Your Baby Boomer’s Economic Future
You will have more success in reinventing yourself when you replace negative thoughts with positive ones. This is the basis for your baby boomer self-improvement programs. Hoping to get a better job than you lost and you will find it. Saving your head hope and faith in your heart, that your best years are still ahead. Hope you will be rewarded. Always Look for Opportunities to Better Use Your “Assets”

Your “Assets” are the skills, abilities and talents you’ve developed over the years and you have a lot of them.
Use the best storytelling mode to tell someone else, in the Church, in the location where you do volunteer work, of your ability. Always have a pleasant attitude and highlight your ongoing search for a job to benefit others with your expertise.

You get the picture. Spread the word that you are available for hire and is open to any business opportunities that may come to you. Seek and you will. Remember, too, sometimes you may need patience as you apply the truth of the Bible “knock and the door will be opened unto you”. That the doors of economic opportunity can open.
